• Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Travel and transportation: I’m happy to travel within 10 miles of Stuart, Florida, at no extra charge. However, travel beyond 10 miles is billed at $1.25 per mile, calculated round-trip.

• If transportation is necessary as part of your care, I’m more than happy to provide support using my personal vehicle. Please note that the use of my vehicle is offered by request and at my discretion. Parking tolls and related fees are the client’s responsibility.

• Safety and supervision are provided at all times. Families must disclose any safety concerns or health needs.

• I offer only non-medical services. Families are responsible for providing accurate information to ensure appropriate care.
